An article on Austin360.com says that Massive Attack have confirmed for the festival.
The article also mentions that promoter Charles Attal says that Radiohead will not be at this years festival.

damn, this made my day ! I'll be at coachella this year simply to catch Massive Attack and now that they'll be schedule for ACL is just even better - two shows !!!!

No, a source with the festival said Dylan and RHCP are no goes. But DMB, Beck and Sufjan are in.
